To ensure fast and easy release by TrueMoney:

  • Provide the complete 9-digit numeric Padala Code appeared on the SMS notification to your beneficiary.
  • For the Recipient, clearly mention to TrueMoney center that the transaction is for ‘BPI to Cash’ and present a valid ID for verification.
  • Recipients may claim the money real time right after the sender successfully completes the transaction. Claiming hours are between 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
  • The Sender will receive an SMS notification once cash pick up transaction is successful.
  • If cash is not released despite above, please contact the TrueMoney Customer Care Support via Email support@truemoney.com.ph or contact support hotline number (02) 7718 9999. Please provide the transaction details for reference.
